Huset er en betong-sylinder i 3 etasjer med de sentrale oppholdsrom i en utkraget vifteform over fjorden. Alle bærende vegger i kjerneisolert, lys betong. Viften er kledd utvendig med kobber. Trapper i rustfritt stål. Gulv 1. etasje og terrasse i italiensk granitt. Ellers er benyttet Dinesen eik på gulv, himlinger og all fast innredning. 270 m2 bruksareal.
The house is essentially a concrete cylinder of three floors with the circular shape giving a floating spiral motion through 270 m2 living area. The central living rooms are located in a cantilevered fan shape oriented towards the fjord. The floors are connected by staircases of stainless steel located in the central zone of the house. Most ceilings, floors and fixed fittings are made of oak from Dinesen.
